MICHIGAN BALLET FESTIVAL

MICHIGAN BALLET FESTIVAL

Calling all ballet students for an incredible opportunity in our own backyard!  The Michigan Ballet Festival, held at the Swartz Creek Performing Arts Center, is a two day event consisting of master classes given by experts in the field, and an opportunity to perform at the Gala, where professional adjudicators will give each performer personal feedback to help them excel in their performance and technique.
If you do not want to perform in the Gala, you can still attend the master classes and participate in the Gala as an audience member.

We are so excited to be able to extend this opportunity to our ballet students! For several years we have taken our students to the Youth American Grand prix.  This was the only all ballet competition close enough to participate in, yet we still had to travel out of state and get a hotel for the weekend, which obviously raises costs.  Now we have an opportunity to gain the value of an all ballet competition without having to travel out of town and all the extra costs that come with that!

Weather you are an aspiring ballet dancer, or your main focus in dance is another genre, this experience is sure to help you improve in technique, skill and performance!
