As a cast member of Mary Poppins ballet, I understand that being in the ballet requires that I am committed to the assigned schedule of rehearsals and shows. I will arrive promptly, having practiced what was taught the week before and ready to rehearse and learn new choreography. Should the situation arise that I cannot come to a rehearsal, I am aware that I must have my request for dismissal in writing to the artistic director by January 12th. I also am aware that my request for dismissal may not be granted and I may have to forfeit my place in the show should I miss a required rehearsal. I also know tardiness, bad attitudes, and lack of commitment may also result in dismissal. As a parent of a cast member of Mary Poppins ballet, I understand that I am responsible for volunteering to work at one performance, donate two food items, and work either one dinner fundraiser, or one dress rehearsal. As a cast member, and parent of Mary Poppins ballet, we have carefully weighed and agree with the requirements involved in this commitment knowing no refunds will be given for any reason.
